Request by email
Email tm@trysutter.com with the subject “OttoAds data deletion request.” Include your Facebook display name and enough information to identify your OttoAds workspace. We will verify your identity or authority before deleting information. Do not send a password, access token or unnecessary identity documents.
Request through Facebook
- Open Facebook's Settings & privacy, then Settings and Apps and Websites.
- Find OttoAds. The existing Meta app may be listed as Ottoboard. Remove the app if you want to revoke its Facebook access.
- In the removed-app details, use Facebook's data-deletion “Send Request” option when available. Keep the confirmation code and status link Facebook provides.
If Facebook does not show that option, use the signed-in form or email us. Removing the app or signing out alone is different from requesting erasure.
What happens next
A recorded deletion request immediately revokes your OttoAds sessions and workspace access and cancels further queued work. The service erases your private identity and stored Meta connection, workspace drafts, uploaded media and operation history after any active or uncertain requests already sent to Meta are safely reconciled. A pending result stays marked pending until cleanup completes. Keep your confirmation link to check the current status.
An opaque deletion-status receipt can remain so we can confirm the request's outcome. Information that must be preserved under a valid legal obligation may require limited retention; contact us if you need an explanation about your request.
What this does not delete
Deleting OttoAds data does not automatically delete advertisements, posts, media, billing records or other information already held by Meta. Manage those through Meta's own tools. Disconnecting a stored OttoAds connection removes the saved grant from OttoAds; manage Facebook-side authorization in Facebook's settings.
See our privacy policy for more information, or contact tm@trysutter.com for help with a pending request.
