Terms of use

These terms govern your use of OttoAds at ads.ottoboard.com, operated by Foremore Distribution LLC, United States. By using OttoAds, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact tm@trysutter.com.
Your accounts and authority
Access is currently limited to verified members of the operator's own Meta business. Use your own Facebook sign-in and only connect Pages and ad accounts you are authorized to manage within that business. You are responsible for having permission to act and for the media, copy, claims, links and other material you supply. Keep your account secure, do not share access credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Reviewing advertising actions
OttoAds helps prepare, review and upload advertising work. Review the selected account, destination, creative, copy, tracking and settings before approving an operation. Saving a draft does not upload it. An approval applies to the reviewed operation; it does not authorize unrelated advertising changes.
New advertising objects created by the upload workflow are prepared in a paused state. Activating delivery or changing a budget requires a separate authorized action. You remain responsible for your advertising decisions and for charges incurred through Meta. A paused ad may still be reviewed by Meta, and account or campaign settings can affect what Meta accepts or displays.
Some requests take time or return an uncertain result. Do not assume that an interrupted request failed or send the same operation again without checking its recorded status. Stopping queued work cannot recall a request Meta has already received.
Acceptable use and content
You must follow applicable law, Meta's terms and advertising policies, and the rights of other people. Do not use OttoAds to bypass account permissions, mislead people, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, probe another user's workspace or interfere with the service. You retain your rights to material you supply and authorize us to store and process it only as needed to provide the requested service and handle security, support or legal obligations.
Meta and other providers
OttoAds is an independent service and is not Meta. Meta controls its account access, advertising review, delivery, billing, API limits and available features. Provider changes, outages or permission changes can affect the service. We do not promise ad approval, a particular upload time, uninterrupted availability or advertising results.
Access, privacy and deletion
We may restrict access to address misuse, lost authorization, security concerns or legal requirements. You can stop using OttoAds and request deletion of your private service data. Our privacy policy and deletion instructions explain what we handle and the deletion process. Deleting OttoAds data does not automatically delete ads or other records already held by Meta.
Service limitations and changes
OttoAds is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties about uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular advertising outcome or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update the service or these terms. The current terms and effective date will appear on this page; we will provide additional notice where required. Contact tm@trysutter.com if you need help before continuing an operation.
